Wonder what the horses make of all this. (Only Mr Ed knows, and he ain't talkin'.) This one is the best of the polo photos, I think -- the tight muscles in the horse's leg are a nice touch. But the three photos aren't up to your usual standard, and I suspect you're right; the older and cheaper digicams aren't yet up to action shots. I believe a digital SLR would do it, especially a Canon (like the 300D) with a USM lens. (It's so easy to spend other people's money...) Or, of course, any modern film camera.
