Are some of the birds cloned? They look similar and a little unnatural for gulls maneuvering around a tree.

I took the time to look deep into this image. Excellent retention of detail in the sky area and shadows really show the photographer's technical talent with this captivating scene. The wonderful composition with the rows of harvested crops leading the eye to the tree, of which itself is further emphasized by the encircling birds. You are also a talented artist. It is just how I remember autumn in Europe. This picture is touching feelings rather than just showing some situation. Congratulations

Dodging around the tree is too apparent, you might want to redo it and see if you can refine it so not to make it so obvious. Text does take away from the image somewhat, no need for it.

If the birds have bben added to the image you have made wrong choice of the birds.

As R Jackson mentioned gulls do not maneuvering around a tree in the field.

 

..I like the picture but I don't like the positioning of the name in the frame!

and yes it does gets more attracion than it should and what is inside the pic suffers from that .. Also the birds in the air what kind of birds are they Rene .. They look to me like sea birds (somekind) I wouldn't expect them at such a place .. don't get me wrong you are grate artist..

a truly eyecatching shot, Rene - the birds circling around the top of the tree makes this shot spectacular, the simplicity, the sky, the wind (?), and the frame (!) all make this simply stunning.
