Wayang kulit - Shadow puppets

The sun was harsh, and stalls were covered with courtains. Someinteresting light was filtering just on these puppets (wayang kulit)which are used in Java and Bali for shadow shows...

Do you like/dislike it? What would you change? Comments are appreciated!

Lovely colors, wish if it was a bit lighter.

I don't know if the problem is dark monitors or what, but the number of people who don't like dark pictures or who don't appreciate shadow detail continues to be a surprise to me. I don't know if you worked with levels at all to try to bring out the shadows, but except for burning the brightest spot a bit, I like this just the way it is.
