Lack of self confidence in developing countries.

I tried to make all lines converge towards the child's face, to

stress her face and her lack of trust. She probably thought I was

going to take her sandwich ;-). However, I was fascinated by the

village in the mountains and its villagers, and I was not hungry. I

thought black and white would work.

beautiful moment as you've described. so naive, these village kids... i liked the ironic contrast between the expression of the kid and the eggman on her t-shirt; it made me smile. can you tell me what you thought about the lines at the background? i couldn't figure. what about a square crop? do you think it also works with those lines?
