bekster 0 Posted May 18, 2004 Donna, how do you get your models so relaxed? This one looks snug and comfy... Great shot! Link to comment
donnaalbers 0 Posted May 18, 2004 Becky, first I give them a sip of wild mustang grape wine. . . . actually, this is the first time I've ever seen one. . .he was so small and so well camouflaged. . . Link to comment
tony bell 0 Posted May 18, 2004 It is so simple...there is nothing wrong with this outstanding shot. How close were you when you snapped this? Link to comment
donnaalbers 0 Posted May 18, 2004 Tony, I was standing on a small fishing pier. I'm guessing about 7 feet. Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted May 18, 2004 I love tree frogs! This one works because of the nice lines surrounding the frog and the nice lighting. I had never even seen a tree frog until last year and they are too cute! Link to comment
bekster 0 Posted May 18, 2004 Oh its a sip of wild mustang grape wine eh? I thought that was for the photo maker waiting for a shot like this... He's hanging on pretty vertical - you must have the dose just right (; Link to comment
donnaalbers 0 Posted May 18, 2004 Thanks everyone for your comments. Becky, at first I thought these little guys held on with velcro but then I found out they have super glue on their toe pads. Link to comment
vickilynn 0 Posted May 18, 2004 Really a nice shot. This little fellow looks like he ready for a nap. Link to comment
cjrupp 0 Posted May 18, 2004 Great shot Donna. Is he sleeping or tis it the after effects ? Link to comment
donnaalbers 0 Posted May 18, 2004 Well, Clarence, he may just be sleeping it off. . . . Link to comment
marianna_safronova 0 Posted May 18, 2004 Quite incredible! I really like the expression - as if he just woke up. Excellent quality of the photograph too. The yellow grass(? stick) with the black in the middle which goes across the photo in the background is just a bit distracting. Thank you for your comments on my Bryce photos. Link to comment
tholte 16,744 Posted May 19, 2004 If this does'nt sell some D100's I don't know what will. Link to comment
hanna_cowpe 0 Posted May 19, 2004 Donna, this is a beautiful image. The plant (?) divides the space into comfortable areas without being intrusive. I like the diagonal piece at the bottom (not sure what it is) as it picks up on the pale band coming down from his mouth. It all fits together so nicely. Link to comment
donnaalbers 0 Posted May 19, 2004 Hanna, this little frog is clinging to a reed growing at the edge of a gator infested creek . . .needless to say, a highly precarious position to be in. . . Link to comment
kristin_morales 0 Posted May 19, 2004 Wow!!! the colors are sooo green. Never seen a tree frog...blends in nicely with his environment. Congrats on this excellent capture and creature. Link to comment
