So beautiful.... the blue and the white in the Bluebonnets repeated in the blue and white sky. Well seen and done.

A great execution of a difficult coloured flower to shoot. I like the vertical format which adds depth to the field.

Steve, I guess we're very lucky to witness this phenomenon every spring. . . the sky is an excellent complement here.

All the rain we had during the winter made this a particularly impressive wildflower season. I've lived in SE TX for nearly 10 years, but this was my first visit to the Willow City Loop. I would never have guessed the wildflowers to be so plentiful there, as I've never been terribly impressed with their abundance in the more commonly traveled parts of Fredericksburg (that was true even this year).
