Very nice! All the world in her eyes. But I have a little doubt about the focus on the eye in the background...

Nice intersting image...I think cropping right into the eye that is in focus makes the image look better for me......

Pradeep does it again... smoking nudes, now another macro delight. Progressing from his macroed? water droplet which showed a complete inverted scene, to this creative piece. We look into the first eye and see it is a little out of focus.. Pradeep is just teasing. That takes us into the next eye, and there is the apartment block in which she lives. Seeing a shot of this level of creativity shows us that photography is a hobby/profession that knows no boundaries. No two shots need be alike. The seeing/feeling/capturing shown here, is what photography is all about. Well done, and apologies for not turking you..

Terrific work Pradeep. Reminds me of (only tangentially so) Krishna opening his mouth and exposing reality (Das Avatar and everything else) to Arjuna. Nice tight crop.

....For viewing and write great comment to my images.....She looks adorable indeed and you've made a very beautiful close-up portrait of her. Excellent use of DOF, superb clarity in the in focus left eye and wonderful reflection in the eye and soft tones. The only small distraction in my opinion is the darker spot in the background at the right side of the frame, but that might just be me......About the chat, I don't have the software on my compu to chat with Pradeen because mostly I don't even have the time for that. Working at a gym six days a week and of photographing during almost all of my spare time I am hardly able to make many comments on other people's images, but try to make comments on them as much as I can. From next wednesday on I have got six days of at the gym and will go to Form 1 in Spain. We gould keep in contact by e-mail though and I will try to answer those e-mails as fast as I can, but can't promise anything....Your a great creative photographer and love to watch your beautiful images....Take care, regards, Harry

Excellent work. I wonder if you should have focussed on her right eye...did you get more pictures? She is adorable!

Hi Pradeep,

First, let me tell you; you are quite energetic [or passionate] about what you are doing, thats great and that attitude itself would take you places.

Regarding this image, I would love to listen, what concept you had in your mind, were you trying to create a soft focused face and sharp eyes or you just wanted all the atttention in the eyes, if thats so, it works well, I suggest you should have taken the base image sharp and then applied diffuser in PS, which would help give you a greater control over the image [thats the 99% reason why i shoot digital now].

I like the pastel color cross processing, only one thing, the red color in her eyes is may be little distracting to me [may be only me] 'cause for me blue in her eyes goes well with her skin tone [this is very personal mind you].

Keep it up !

PS: I dont know how relevant this theory is, but in tight cropped shots, if you give some breathing space in the frame [not the photo, but the frame, may be a thicker frame], it would let your viewer's eye travel freely or may be I like thick frames :)

...lovely expression on this very cute child, pleasant desaturation, cleaver coloration & reflection on the eyes. Pradeep, would it be even better if the focus is on the right eye instead of the further left? Nice, nevertheless.

Not only the baby but your work is also adorable..I wish you to shine like those cute little bright eyes in your photograph.I wonder how it would have been if the right eye also had sharp details like the other one??!!!

I am really happy to hear from all of you. Well let me clarify, what i wanted to achieve is like what Thomas says above, you see her first eye in the foreground and no thats not what u want to see, you want to know what is it that she is seeing, then you move to the next eye and lo behold! its the apartments on the other side and the swimming pool. secondly i wouldnt have got the sharpness effect getting so up close, on my G2 the aperture reaches f8 max :( so i have to live with that for now :) cheers! and thanks again.

I think its rare to check out blue eyed people in India- Usually black/brown eyes are more common. From that perspective, this picture at first glance shows that this kid is a blue eyed one- but upon further look, one can see the blue eyed world in her eyes. Nice camouflage- Iam reminded of the Trilogy- The tricolors french movie called the "Blue" where photography was awesome. Great work Pradeep

Nice work. If I get another opportuinity I would be careful about the DOF also the left eye of the baby has a sparkle in rombus shape which is a bit distracting. Overall a very nice job. Keep it up.

Whom should I congratulate? Pradeep or the Creator?

Pradeep-let me congratulate you first. This is,indeed, a wonderful photograph.Creativity, lighting, exposure, etc, are great. But the more I look at the child's eyes, the more I am wonderstruck and behold the mystery and joy of creation.Meekka Nandri.
