david_mitchell6 0 Posted May 3, 2004 I really like this but have a couple of suggestions. The guy is fantastic and really brings it to life, I appreciate this isn't always possible but if you could have had him higher in the frame that would have been nice. The tower in the background is slightly blurry and I think it should be either pinsharp or not in the picture at all. Perhaps you could have a tighter crop that cut out the sky altogther? What do you think? I notice you have cut out the original sky and put in your own. Is this correct? The brilliant blue sky suits the scene and I assume you have cut out clouds, good on you. There are still white fringes around the tower where you cut it out though. For best results, use a combination of patience and magnetic lasso rather than magic wand. Link to comment
nino1 0 Posted May 3, 2004 Nice shot, I partially agree with Mitchell, the guy should have been a little bit higer in the frame, but I like the background which gives the ambient for the photo. I don't think the sky has been changed. Link to comment
paul_scott1 0 Posted May 3, 2004 The position of the figure seems exactly right to me : he almost appears to be leaning out of the photograph, which is an excellent illusion and lends the photo some of its startling quality, but I wish he was not posing for the camera. It would add another dimension if he were actually about something else. Link to comment
nikonuserf100 0 Posted May 3, 2004 Another good photo. This photo adds the element of human interest to an already nicely composed photo. Link to comment
