This Houston skyline reflection seemed like a world of fantasy,

....as in one of Salvador Dali's Mythical Landscapes !...hope you

like it.

This works! The curve in the foreground nicely frames the building and reflections. A new slant on an old subject.

Good use of curved glass surface. The 'mythical' reading of it has more to do with the with the saturation of the reds and yellows rather than the distortion of the buildings. I find the dark triangle and the colored shapes in the foreground hard to read, but they function nicely as a compositional element.

Las líneas verticales están perfectamente equilibradas por las curvas. Encuadre de formas y colores de gran sensibilidad artística: enhorabuena.

I don't agree with your crop. Fist, in your crop, left edge is kind of off-balancing the shot, edge is not defined/ Second, sliver of sky on each side of the building in original shot defines what we are looking at and they are balancing each other, while curve completes the shot. I very, very, very seldom I would chalange original photographers crop, especially when I'm not there to experience what I'm looking at

This a beautiful image of AMERICA!!!...compare it to the so-common shots of European cathedrals and Victorian office blocks....THIS building tells a story...It has colour, form and lots and lots of rich blue light.

Great composition, clarity, reflections and perspective. Beautiful lines and contrast between the cool blue and warm orange colors. Perfectly seen and excecuted....Best regards, Harry

Blue Reflections

What a brilliant capture! Brilliant in terms of the light, the contrast of the oranges and the blues, the lines, and ultimately the sheer beauty of the building captured from a flattering angle...superb!

...awesome vision! I like the John Crowe's cropping suggestion. Nevertheless, the original is still very, very special.
