bobarcher 0 Posted April 30, 2004 I had to grab this picture on the way to work with its strong colour contrast and dynamic. The Foehn, like the Chinook, is a rapidly descending south-north wind in the Alps on the leading edge of a intense low pressure area. It is characteristic of spring weather here in Switzerland and causes winds to reach speeds up to 120 kmh in the upper levels. Link to comment
Roy-photos 0 Posted April 30, 2004 Nice Photo, I miss only a little too much detail in the grey. Maybe crop it? Link to comment
erikadams 0 Posted April 30, 2004 I wouldn't crop it. The clouds add depth and a sense of space, and the mature tree provides a feeling of size. Nice work. Link to comment
