Flower Bud Spriral

Your honest critique is requested and welcome.

Very cool looking. I might try to get it just a little more in focus though (stop down maybe?) and try to get rid of that hint of something in the background (you use photoshop, right?) I would also get more stem and less black space. Maybe even mirror it, so the bud is facing left-to-right, like we read (a graphic design tip I heard somewhere)
