Batchelor's Buttons

buttons--doing these as a project for my wife. Thanks.

This is nice! Did you blur anything in photosop or is it all in-camera?

Pat, this was 100% in camera (polarizer, diffuser, "shooting through" batchelor's button less than 1" from the lens, focussing on another about 4" away). I'm philosphically opposed to doing composites--ol-fashioned of me, I know!

 

Thanks for your comment. For this type of shot, I thought it turned out quite well.

Robert, your flower images are thoughtful and evocative. I particularly like this one for the shallow dof and delicate light. The centaura is beautiful, but obnoxiously invasive. Now who ever said flower shots were boring?!
