This picture was shot in Mexico City 2002. Of course the cars are green originally but I think it gives the picture a nice feeling when the sharp car is golden.

The depth of field does not look quite natural. It makes the cars look like toy cars. It may have been better to have used motion blur on the front and back cars.

Yes. I usually hate recoloured black and whites, but here you get away with it for a really catchy shot. Well done.

I agree with the comment above about the DOF. Basically it looks like Gaussian Blur instead of DOF. Motion blur might work better but you're still trying to simulate a result that isn't really possible with lens effects. It might have been better to blur either the foreground or the background or just leave the colouring as the way of highlighting one of the cars.

Thanks for your comments! My ambition though isn't to make the picture look normal, it's rather to emphasize the car in the middle.
