Tulip, Toned

Nice texture on the tulip. Also love the background. The only suggestion I would make is to eliminate the innermost black border. I am not so found of the stem being cut off by the black.

This is lovely--simple, clean--moody... I confess that I'd like to see a *touch* more highlighting on tulip--not much--just enough to give it a bit of zing--a little more contrast, a little more depth...and I agree with the comment about the inner black border being distracting, where it cuts off the stem of the tulip...but these are minor quibbles on what is just a beautiful, fine art photo.

I like the picture, like the lack of color, would have liked it even better when the flower would have been a bit more to the left. The fact that teh flower is more on the right side of the picture does not seem right to me. But hey.....it´s only my opinion. Great portfolio too.
