You hate to think in terms of "must wins" this early in the season, but after the last two debacles, had the Rocket not come through tonight, the effects on the mind set of the team might have been devastating.

 

I saw that Maddux got no run support today. Tough loss.

Nice shot! Wanna share where you found this bountiful field? I'm going back tomorrow through Brenham/Independence/Chappel Hill and then up through to Fredericksburg and Johnson City. Hopefully the weather holds up and I can get some good Enchanted Rock shots at dawn/dusk.

Very nice! Beautiful colours and wondeful clouds. And you have the perfect light for this too. If I have to nitpick, I find the foreground a tad dark. Maybe using a soft-edge ND grad can bring even more life to the flowers while holding back the sky.

Don, I took this shot from the Willow City Loop just north of Fredericksburg. I expect that this weekend might very well be the peak for this year's bluebonnet bloom, so your timing is perfect. I'm taking the family to Brenham/Washington County today (Friday). We'll probably be at Washington on the Brazos Park/Historical Center around lunchtime, so if you see me (see pict on my Community page), please do say "Hi".

 

IMHO, the Rocket may have saved the season for us Wed. night. A third loss might have really messed with their heads.

I know ,that golarka has two faces. I will add yet that razor(golarka) and oracle(wyrocznia) this Polish words ,so razor this polish person .Meaning his nick is obvious

Hello Stevan, this is beautiful landscape shot. The carpet of the flowers is really well captured. The colors are stunning. If I would say something, is a bit of blue tinge in clouds.

PS: Also looked at your wonderful lake photos. they are really beautiful and that turquoise blue, saphire color water is wonderful.
