arond a. 0 Posted March 30, 2004 Holy smokes. Do mine eyes deceive me? One word: arresting. I don't normally comment on landscapes, because I never take them. This is definitely one to elicit a 'wow.' Link to comment

sm. alec 0 Posted March 31, 2004 Great use of the filter for a strong but otherwise unnoticed effect. Really helps bring in the horizon and your sense of composition with the trees. Link to comment
drymanphoto 0 Posted March 31, 2004 This photo has beautiful colors and great exposure. It's a very pretty scene, but some might wonder what the subject is, but I don't. I really like it. Link to comment
tmjacobs 0 Posted April 1, 2004 Wow! Amazing. Almost surrealistic. One small thing bothers me though: considering the time of day and the color of the sky I would expect that the grass wouldn't be that green but would have much more of a red cast. Is this really how you saw it? Or has the filter anything to do with it?A superb folder BTW ! Link to comment
phalvorson 0 Posted April 2, 2004 Stunning color and texture & nicely balanced exposure via the GND. Well done! Link to comment
vincetylor 0 Posted April 3, 2004 Beautiful colors with a dark dramatic sky once again Dave. The clouds really make this one work for me...very impressive appearance. I would only like to see just a bit more in the foreground department. While I do like the colors as well as the lighting in the foreground here (excellent use of that ND by the way) perhaps if the actual foreground had just a bit more interest to keep my attention as do many of your other images. Possibly you really wanted something simpler this time around. Even as it is, it's still VERY good work. A more interesting foreground would just take it one level higher for me. Nice job once again.
