tomhallphotographycom 0 Posted March 28, 2004 Sometimes you don't put a photograph online on Photonet for that reason. Sometimes you want to know if it is Aesthetically correct. It does not, in my opinion, always have to be out of the ordinary. Some people even like the obvious if it is well portrayed. Looking at your pictures, there are a number of "non interesting" pictures if you put it like that. But they are still nice to look at. n'est pas? Link to comment
vikram_bose_mullick 0 Posted March 29, 2004 Sorry I wasn't trying to be a prick when I asked the question and I don't necessarily have to have better pictures than you to earn the right to ask it. If you ask for a comment sometimes it can be a question. You shouldnt get touchy about it, you have a wonderful camera and a good lens. I hope you will not be angry if I said that you have hundreds of photographs in ur folders and most are very nice others are average but none suggest any classical composition techniques or difinitive use of perspective or even a unique recognisable style thus ultimately none are exceptional in my humble opinion. And the only reason I feel entitled to give my opinion is because you ask. Welcome back to photgraphy Tom.. stop taking pictures.. start making them (Ansel Adams). Link to comment
tomhallphotographycom 0 Posted March 29, 2004 I was not anoyed or iritated, I might have answered in a sarcastical way and in no way am I a pro. I am learning and getting better at it every day but a real style no. But I am working on it. Thanks for your feedback Link to comment
