osvaldo carbuccia 0 Posted March 20, 2004 Hi Rita. I was prefered you position the subject exactly in the horizontal center of the picture.....or better, center the shadow in the vertical line that split the picture into two halves. Your suject is very interesting, but it has too much compositive weight at left and nothing at right, making the picture to fall to that side. I think you can recompose it. Try it, the picture deserves it!!!!! Congratulation. Link to comment

1000wordsphotography 0 Posted March 20, 2004 Great eye to see this one Rita. I like both versions, but the original would have been how I would have cropped it. Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted March 20, 2004 It is nice Rita, I agree that the composition will have more ballance a little to the center. anyway good eye you have! Pnina Link to comment
diegobuono 3 Posted March 20, 2004 Hi Rita, good picture, naked version of mine? ;-) I agree that a different composition, with the subject in the center, is better. Link to comment
traders 0 Posted March 21, 2004 Rita ...love it just the way it is ... the balance makes the eye jump aroung. Link to comment
a wolf 0 Posted March 21, 2004 right away i saw the possibility for adding type or someting to the right as in those posters you see for "inspiration" etc. maybe even a Halmark card etc. in this case what came to mind is "you are light at the darkest moments" see the light bulb? see the dark shadow??? Rita is still sticking with the rule of thirds here ...Great work!!! Link to comment
eric_lawson 0 Posted March 21, 2004 Dont change a thing. love it! I like how the shadow is in the center, love the color the contrast everthing! my hat is off to you. Eric Lawson Link to comment

hanna_cowpe 0 Posted March 22, 2004 I wouldn't go near that without my rubber boots on *!* I agree about the left weighted image, but it's great observation and execution. Link to comment
alecee 0 Posted March 23, 2004 Great frame, angle and lighting makes a simple picture unique and interesting. Great eye for beauty Rita. Link to comment
peter_smidinger 0 Posted October 5, 2004 this is a lively and exciting image as is. centering it is dull and w/o vitality. best i can imagine it, i like it even better than how i'd have probably set it up, in the rt. half of the frame. Link to comment
