I think the colors of the flag are more pronounced when the

background is desaturated. Does this go well in the image? Any

comments/ suggestions are welcome. Also I am posting the colored

image for comparison.

Great photo, and good choice of a mixture of colour and b/w. The cafe sign interests me, is there some sort of meaning behind it?

Adding a meaningful or thought-provoking title might be in your best interest here, it could help people understand or even appreciate your photo more. With such titles, you should find that your photos will be better received, and sometimes, they will receive higher and more deserving ratings. Something such as 'patriotism' might be fitting?
