aepelbacher 0 Posted March 20, 2004 I liked the color version of this ... but like the B&W even more! Great eye! Link to comment
peter_daalder 0 Posted March 20, 2004 Can't say that I'm a real fan of architecture shots, but I do like the lines and repeating patterns in this one. Haven't seen the colour version yet, but suspect that I'll prefer this B&W rendition. Nicely framed for maximum symmetry. Link to comment
1000wordsphotography 0 Posted March 20, 2004 Thanks Peter, Lou Ann and Kim... the b&w is my preference as well. It seems sort of Mideavil to me. Not sure how to spell that ... hope you get the idea. Link to comment
peter_daalder 0 Posted March 20, 2004 Although there is another spelling alternative. Highly recommend OneLook as an online dictionary. It is fast, comprehensive and doesn't throw up all kind of pop-up windows. Then again, it might be just as quick to reach for that dictionary on your bookshelf... Link to comment
1000wordsphotography 0 Posted March 20, 2004 Man... I screwed up every single vowel... !!!! well... spelling never was my strong suit. Thanks for the link Peter. Looks like I need it! Link to comment
jeff_fiore 0 Posted March 21, 2004 Great tonal range. Good job with the shadow details. Overall, an excellent BW study. Link to comment
jennifercatron 9 Posted March 21, 2004 Like this a lot. ARches are so much fun to photograph. Try photographing it from a different angle next time and see what happens. Great job on this one though. Nicely done. Link to comment
