Illuminated Mannequin

I think the subject could have been better framed... I know, you wanted to avoid reflections from the window... but they're still there! The right side is empty.

Well, Ray, I see you've collected your share of cruddy ratings. I gave you 5/5. A solid "good." Here is why.

 

I happen to like the framing. The right side is not empty. There is a hint of every day reality there which counterpoints the artifical world of the display. What strikes me about the display is that it is bland--that is utilitarian. Here it is, take it or leave it. And that is what makes the photo interesting.

 

Why not 6s and 7s? I guess I sensed an incompleteness. This can go in an interesting direction or directions (Women's world; window displays, etc.).
