alecee 0 Posted March 17, 2004 This is a good way to see different cultures in action. Link to comment
jennifercatron 9 Posted March 17, 2004 It's funny what happens when two countries collide. You have a lot of different reactions here and it's neat to study each of their reactions, however, as a photograph I think it could have been shot a little more intuitively. Nice colors, nice exposure, great inclusion of the different reactions to this blonde headed bombshell by these young me of very different cultures. Link to comment
alecee 0 Posted March 17, 2004 Jennifer, thanks for your comments but I still don't understand what you mean by "could have been shot a little more intuitively". Can you or anyone else care to elaborate? Link to comment
atkphotoworks 0 Posted March 18, 2004 I can't elaborate easily on the intuitive aspect either. One thing I might suggest is to have cropped the image such that greater emphasis goes toward the boy in the middle and the girl. Although, the fellow with the great smile on the right also brings something here, maybe cutting him out will bring greater focus to the two "key' figures. Link to comment
alecee 0 Posted March 18, 2004 The smiling bearded drummer at the right provides joy to the viewer and should be included IMO. I find perhaps the half cut figure of the man on the extreme left can be omitted but that will be manipulating the image. Link to comment
jayme 0 Posted March 18, 2004 I like this one, ever thought of maybe B&W to accentuate the faces and draw attention away from the color. Their expressions are all so interesting. Link to comment
