philippe_noel 0 Posted March 10, 2004 Great one, but my 2 cents: a polarizer would have been good to remove a bit of reflexion on window. This is a bit too much distracting. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted March 11, 2004 I'm not so sure about a polarizer improving this shot. IMHO the reflections establish that the scene is being viewed through a shop window and that it's seen from the street, like a sidelong glance you'd get while walking by. Link to comment
john_crosby 0 Posted March 20, 2004 Thoroughly agree with previous comment. The reflections set the scene and are certainly adding to the photo and are not a technical over-sight. Funny how sharpness and cropping seem to be an obsession with some, but they overlook the integrity and emotion in a photo. This shot works for me on many levels. Well done. Link to comment
jorge 0 Posted April 23, 2004 Same for me; the reflections make the photo. A polarizer would turn it into another run of the mill street scene. Link to comment
