However the lack of focus on the train in the foreground fools my eye at first glance to suggest motion(though it does not in fact look like the horizontal bbbbllluur one gets from motion). That contrasts with the sharp section of train further down the track, creating a tension and lack of movement to me. I'm not sure I'd notice this if I weren't responding to your specific request, but I'd say it looks tense. That's meant neither positively or negatively. Hope that helps. Link to comment
