davidweaverphoto 3 Posted March 4, 2004 Very Nice. Interesting textures, patterns, expression, and that upturned collar! Looks like a bit surreal too. Link to comment
jessica_johnston2 0 Posted March 4, 2004 This would be more effective split toned or sepia in Photoshop. Link to comment
yat_ming__jonathan__kong 0 Posted March 4, 2004 I really like the overall tonality of the picture and I'm also very impressed with the texture. The end result gives the style of an impressionistic painting. Link to comment
ivanvaliente 0 Posted March 5, 2004 Very nice portrait. I feel it reveals the personality of the subject. Great work. 7/6 Link to comment
jimmcnitt 0 Posted March 5, 2004 I'm struck by the incredible color complements in this scene -- the way his hair, eyes, skin, shirt, hat and the wall all fall within a narrow range of values. And then there're the magnificent textures in that hat and face! But mostly, it's the intensity of his expression that gives all these weather-worn features such enormous impact! --jim Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted March 7, 2004 Everything comes together well in this composition - the lighting, colors, and overall character. I like it a lot. Link to comment
yorick 0 Posted March 7, 2004 Excellent! love the colour composition, but it's the background texture that really makes it for me. What is it? Link to comment

theokeijzers 0 Posted August 20, 2004 I don't know how to respond to all your pictures, but what a fantastic presentation! This particulair portrait struck me by it's Van Gogh-like thumbnail, nevertheless the big one is even better. Your photography is very inspiring , thanks. Link to comment
