Thank you for comment. No, I was not on a boat but on the coast. The house is not on an island but on a little peninsula. People lives in. I hope not have problems with the owner. Do you know that this house was on an advertising poster some years ago (not my photo, don't worry, the one of a professional photographer), and the owner of the house has sued the photographer because of the harm that the advertising had cause to him. The tourists believed it was a house to visit, and they step over the closure, invaded the garden, climbed on the rocks, etc.
