In lands where the Sun is bright, the colours of buildings are also bright, on the Greek Isles, Stark and bright colours abound, Spain the same, and here in Oz, in both buildings and fashion, bright again. Funny.... *R*

Great lighting angle--and color!

An intriguing image. Bold colours and evocative symbolism. I have been looking at this for some time now and it leaves me wondering about the bright illumination. Trying to figure out where the sun was at the time you shot this scene, I would have expected to see some shadows...somewhere...

Peter, from what I remember, the whole wall was in shadow, within an alley of sorts. The sunshine came in at an extreme angle...just enough to highlight what was projecting the most.
