The mottled lighting is nice, but the upper right corner is a distraction. I would rotate and crop.

Ok, you changed it. . . much better, but maybe rotate it a hair more to line up the darkest windows on the right.

Here You perfectly captured the visual rythm without having it disturb by to hars shadows !

this time I actually went back at the time of day when the shadows were no as harsh. later in the afternoon. Tenement buildings are my most favorit object when it comes to architecture, especially in New York City. TO be honest, NYC is my favorit city, my second home.

This is something seen often but seldom seen done this well. That light and softness of shadow is amazing. Excellent tone.
