aepelbacher 0 Posted February 13, 2004 Alberto, the colors in this shot don't have the interest that are usually involved in your color images. Did you consider trying this in B&W? The gray in the sky, the dull-ish green in the grass, and the haze call out to me for a colorless image. Link to comment
alberto.conde 0 Posted February 13, 2004 To Lou Ann,Thanks for your suggestion. I do oblige. :-) Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted February 13, 2004 Alberto - I like the B&W much better ... why not upload it for critique and see if others agree with me? Thanks for trying my suggestion! :-) Link to comment
dave_wendleton 0 Posted February 13, 2004 I agree with the last comment. It looks much better in Black White. Link to comment
jennifercatron 9 Posted February 13, 2004 The simpleness of this, excellence in color and lighting make it a real treasure. Nice work. Link to comment
luisarguelles 0 Posted February 13, 2004 I can't help, by also think that the B&W version works better, but, again, that's my debility :) Link to comment
vvazquez 0 Posted February 13, 2004 I also prefer de B&W version, anyway it's a great picture.. Link to comment

henrimanguy 0 Posted February 13, 2004 I love it. Simple, but why refuse the pleasure of the simple sun lighting in the grass ? I have make one similar last autumn in Tuscany. Link to comment
jos www.inpix.biz 0 Posted February 14, 2004 This photo gives a real sense of 'being there'. As if you are walking toward the haze in the early morning. The long shadows help create the strong feeling of depth. Well done. Link to comment

colin carron 58,916 Posted February 15, 2004 I prefer the colour version. I like the way the sunlight defines the land contours. The misty section gives an impression of the sun warming the land and bringing life. Link to comment
alberto.conde 0 Posted February 16, 2004 Thanks a lot for your comments. In this case I defend the colour version and, even, agree with Curra Población that some additional boosting to the greens would do no harm. Link to comment
