My method was simple: Duplicate the layer in PS7, graduate blur and fade the background, then cut the opacity to 70% over a white base. Cut out the figures and reflection, up the saturation a touch, then do an edge treatment. Finished off with a simple gradient frame that I feel complimented the image. (You either love 'em or you hate 'em!!)
