Well done, Len. Looks like your bounced light worked well in this crystal.

Nice shapes, Len. I'd like to see you play with some color now with this image. This composition just lends itself to be played with!

That's funny, Len - I had pictured it in blues and that's what you did. Looks great! The original composition is so striking you could do almost anything with it.

Len, what I like about this is the 3D you achieved. Adding color renders the image two-dimensional and less interesting.

Very nice. Do wonder, however, how this would have look if the sculpture hadn't been centered - perhaps not as static looking. Still, it's an eye catcher. I like it. Keep it up!

Rosco, You are absolutely correct, it would look less static & that's an option I can explore next time I am in my creative mode. (read bored:) I was trying for as much symmetry as possible & I am happy with the result. Your input is greatly appreciated. Best, LM.

Alverez, My 'Technical Details' pretty much tell how this one was taken. The only PS manipulation was desturating the original colour file to eliminate any colour fringing and some unsharp mask. Not counting my signature and the frame. Easy to duplicate with dramatic results. Try this with any transparent subject. Thanks for your interest & comment. It's the reason I post. Best, LM.

Yah, I guess that was a major feature that attracted me initially. Thanks for your visit & for taking the time to comment. Best, LM.

so artificial compared with nature's one.

(Sands4, Detail of Singing Sands Beach) and can not convince the eye,the nature is the mother of inventions.
