atle.g 0 Posted January 21, 2004 Was tempted to set a crop tight to the trees, but i also feel that the brown on the plants add to the comp. Any thoughts? Link to comment

davidweaverphoto 3 Posted January 21, 2004 I wonder how many people know that this is a lot harder to do than people think it is. Technically very good and a nice composition too. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted January 22, 2004 Tame colors and soothing flow.If there's any crop you're thinking of, may be a 1/8th crop on the top to take away the tiny bit of the trunk on the top right-hand corner.Other than that, the rest looks attractive. Link to comment
alberto.conde 0 Posted January 23, 2004 I love it, Atle. I don't think further cropping is needed. Link to comment
digiguy 0 Posted January 26, 2004 I would not crop this image anyfurther. As it sits the image has a nice balance to it, my eyes love to follow the waters path from the upper part of the fall to the turn in the creek. The water in the pool section of the waterfall has almost a spirit like appearance making this photo appear to have a magical effect. I like this very much and have tried this technique myself with great success. Keep up the great work I look forward to seeing more of your work. Link to comment

harry eggens 0 Posted December 17, 2004 Excellent use of slow shutter speed to soften the water nicely. Exposure is splendid, all details are greatly visible, even in the water, wich isn't very easy to get right. I personally would have cropped a little of top to give more attention to the Fall, but that's just my opinion ofcourse. Nevertheless a beauty....Best regards, Harry Link to comment
