Although I really like the overall look and composition of the image, I keep finding my eye 'weighed down' by and drawn to the daker area at bottom left...

The far-side sea-stack provided lots of anchoring stability for the rest of the dark rocks. Enjoyable composition.

robert: this image is nice but it needed a much longer exposure so to smooth out the moving water.

Michael, I agree with you about shooting some longer shots. I had to leave before sunset to coach my daughter's basketball game. I plan to return some evening at low tide to shoot some long shots (1-30 seconds). Thanks for your comments.
