alecee 0 Posted January 17, 2004 I received a 1/1 rating from you. I checked your photo.net site and you do not even have any photos in it! If you are going to rate ridiculously low then at least have the courtesy to explain your ratings rationale in the comments column so that I can improve. Link to comment
daniel_flyer 0 Posted January 17, 2004 Don't be too concern with Michael's rating Alec. Perhaps he is new to photography and hasn't an idea about the value of a silhouette or ambient lighting. How do you get all these great compositions? Well done. Link to comment
Sandeha Lynch 5 Posted January 17, 2004 This, for me, is one of the most appealing shots from your folder - composition and colour mainly, but there's also a very dramatic shift in mood from the soft and muted tones of the monk's robe to the bright day beyond. It's a rare thing to catch both an indoor and an outdoor atmosphere in one shot. Link to comment
john falkenstine 1 Posted January 18, 2004 Calls himself "the master" and appears to be a phototyrant with too much camera and spare time on his hands....If he keeps up his ratings for a bit longer, photo.net will lock him out. Link to comment
ken krueger 0 Posted January 19, 2004 Nice shot. I think you did it right in doing your exposure out the window, maybe a bit of fill flash would highlight the monk's face a bit more. Link to comment
xilin_best 0 Posted September 14, 2004 i like it, but i'd call it " the world inside and the world outside" =) Link to comment
