Sea Smoke! This photo show the effects of very cold temperature on the Saint-Laurent river.

Please see the large format to get a better view of the scene. Photo taken on the ferry between Quebec city and Levis. I was able to stay a maximum of 2 to 3 minutes outside of the vessel to take photos.A cold Arctic airmass continued to affect Quebec city region on january 15th, with temperature at the moment of the photo at minus 26 Celsius (-14F) and very strong winds equivalent to extreme wind chill factor on the river near minus 55C!
