Nice lighting and tonal range. I like the shadowing on the stomach. How many takes for this to get the shadow right? It's tough when it's a self portrait. Good Job.

Thanks for all your replies. John, I took almost 40 shots. Thank god it was digital. It was very hard finding a picture were both subjects looked good. I guess when I become more experienced it'll take me less shots to get a good one.

p.s., question: what do I have to do to get my picture to come up under "top photos" it has already been seen more than 8000 times--something I never expected.
