A few elements imho lower the rating.I would suggest to : use fill in to get better contact with the model. Sharpnes seems to be not exactly on her eyes , that would be good if it could. The right hand side edge has a black stripe which is not needed and can be easly cropped. Hope it hleps. All the best . PK .

I know - the right side should be croped tighter - and it will be.

I think this is a great shot! The face (with its enigmatic look) is nicely framed by the texture of the scarf and hair, and it's well cropped (apart from obvious problem you mention).

Use a real B&W film to improve the contrast for example TriX 400 or PanF 50.
