This is a very thought-provoking image indeed. His gazing upward makes it as if he is looking to the heavens for answers. The overall dark image implies to me the mood of darkness within himself. Something that he wants to rid himself of. His eyes look genuinely sorrowful which to me is the most captivating portion of this photo. The only thing, and this is just a suggestion, is that at first glance I thought the hands were those of someone elses. It is no biggy, just something I quickly noticed before I was absorbed into this picture. Great job!

I admire the muted and yet strangely rich colors in your photos. I wish I knew how to make mine so nice!
