Good copmposition. The low key approach goes well with the subject. Usually with portraits it is best to light from the short side of the face (in this case from the left), to bring out the shape best. This becomes more important when you use little or no shadow fill.

Nice shot, however the shaddow on the far side of the nose is a hinderance. Also on top of the head. Perhaps a reflector or a second flash, or even a softer main light may avoid this.
