Beatiful colors of the sand, the rocks look a little too dark maybe. But perhaps that's just the way they are :)

Nice shot!

I was looking at a poster I have of the Twelve Apostles the other day and wondering to myself if it was humanly possible to make something like this look different to the photos taken by every other person who has been there - and here you go... it's simple, but the increase in contrast works wonderfully to draw attention to those great lines in the sand. Nice composition also, really leads my eye up along the coast.

Great lines! The angle of the sun causes the dark and makes the contrast outstanding.

A well balanced comp, with nice looking lines in the sand leading the viewer to the rocks. Well done!!

The exposure makes the lines of different color sand the focal point and it works very well. I do agree that the rocks are a little dark but this does not hurt the photo much and helps the eye be drawn to the sand. Very good.

Great sand and boulders! I guess it could as well be two pictures (bottom half + top half), each standing on its own and yet complementing each other when combined. See two cropped versions below.

Thank you everyone for your comments...especially for the two cropped versions posted...I hope to upload a close-up or two of the apostles, which approximates the first cropped version...

It took me a while to adjust to the colour you have given the apostles. I have seen them in the flesh many times and think their natual colour is beautiful. This photo adds another dimension and it is growing on me. Good Job!
