noora saarinen 0 Posted January 3, 2004 ..could also be street or architecture, but I'll let the name make this fine art.. What do You think? Link to comment
dspellmeyer 0 Posted January 4, 2004 I am attracted to this photograph for several reasons. I like that I do not know what the subject is. It keeps me guessing about the object's size, depth, construction, etc. I think the exposure is quite good, having some deep blacks and some highlights. This highlights the textures and colors of the object (or objects), which are non-uniform and even broken in areas of similar texture. I also like the fact that the subject is centered, as the three dark holes keep my eye from landing smack dab center. I really want to know what's down those holes, so I'd like to see more light there. However, the photo probably wouldn't work as well. David Link to comment
michael_ritchie 0 Posted February 13, 2004 Very nice eye Noora, I would walk past something like this millions of times and never even think to photograph it. Link to comment
noora saarinen 0 Posted February 19, 2004 I wonder do we have these all over the world, and do they look similar. At least in Finland these don't always look as good as this one did. Link to comment
adrianhinojosa 0 Posted May 30, 2004 This is a fantastic image - great tonality and lighting. I have the DSC75 and always enjoyed the quality of images it is capable of. Link to comment
