Good overall shot but what are you trying to communicate with this one?

Very poignant image, Marina. Yes, it clearly shows us how others live/struggle/surive in other parts of the world on a daily basis. It reminds us of how others live. Your images talk for those who cannot. Truly, you have a gift and because of this you may invoke hostile comments from those who don't or can't understand.
