Very nice, Ben. I wish the eyes were not so dark, especially the left one. Nevertheless, a very nice portrait.

Yes, I agree ... the right model eye is much too dark. Oftentimes, photographers spend precious little time on model appearance.

 

And while we're on the issue of model appearance, let's do something about those terrible short, unpainted fingernails.

 

The finger itself needs a gentle inward curl so as to remove some of the lines ... it'll help differentiate the feminine finger from a man's finger ... unless, of course, that's what the artist wanted(?!?)

 

I rate it as 8.5 to 9.0

Thanks for the comments, I agree about the darker eye and will do some other corrections aswell.

 

To Jack, this was a normal, banal indoor shooting with indirect flash Nikon SB28, it has been treaded with PS with the "Dodge tool" in the darken and midtones, afterwards I ajusted the colours.

An easy job if you have long experience with PS. You never optain such a result with high-key lighting or over-exposing.
