Brad Bradley 0 Posted December 20, 2003 OK, I'll talk quietly, Lovely portrait, like the softened feel, smooth tones. I would only have you increase the contrast a touch. Beautiful model and great pose. Nice shot Kristin. Brad PS: Thought of something else to try, contrary to Leah's portrait, this model could very well support the totally black background look. You would have to let the crop out a touch though. The flash timing has to be adjusted so the background doesn't get any light before the shutter closes. Therefore black background. Guest Guest Posted December 20, 2003 Kristin, this is wonderful. Overall, I enjoy the effective high key impact of this. In PS a good technique is to use a layer mask over the effect layer to paint in areas where you don't want the effect to "show" and which provide "see-thrus" for your original and sharpened layer details to seamlessly come through.
