Going to Marine boot camp today,,,sure gonna miss this place!

I caught my son with the look 2 Hrs. before the car was to

pick him up...I softened it with neat image and removed the

Elizabeth, how very like you, and how sad-wonderful this picture is. A boy becomes a man, and you are now amoung those that stay at home and wait. Very deeply moving, but I have come to expect only the best from you my dear(If I may be so bold)sweet lady. God, do I see the tears in this view......yours and (in private), his. The lighting is lovely! The pose and the framing work so well -- he is just about to head out of the picture frame, as well as off to boot camp. I really could go on and on but will spare you.

as parents this time of year,,,very sad. But this

is the journey he chose & we have to support it.

Elizabeth....I am a father twice over and a grandfather 6 times over, when our little nestlings fly, well..... all I can say is that WE can do nothing more than what we have done, and pray that it is enough. Tears and lumps in the throat comes with the territory, God willing, he will get his stripes, you will get your letters and we all can get some sleep,............ SMILE!....hey, just trying to be light here! Your picture really does say it all, for you and us ! Your a GOOD lady and it shows.....now, smile,that makes YOU look much better..... ! *R*
