Guest Guest Posted December 17, 2003 A little more light on the far peaks would have made this a stunner. Patience on a cold morning is truly a virtue....but hard to practice.4/4 but the potential for a 6 or 7. Link to comment
kevinbriggs 0 Posted December 18, 2003 I really like the tonality that you were able to pick up along the horizon. Nice work! Link to comment
Erik Lundh 0 Posted December 18, 2003 The foreground leads to the sky. Snow photos are hard to expose correctly. Nice Job!! Link to comment
nicola_barbini 0 Posted December 18, 2003 All my attention is immediately captured by the lit mountain and the sky in the background, I wonder how it would look if part of the ground was lit too. Link to comment
martin_paul 0 Posted December 18, 2003 Dave. I wish there was snow here where i live. I would love to get some winter snow scenes like this. Nice shot! Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted December 18, 2003 I disagree with Gary's comment/rating - I don't believe this is an "average" shot at all. There is such depth to it and the lighting is good. That little hint of orange at the top adds interest to the rest of the muted tones and colors in the landscape. Nice work! Link to comment
barry_jones1 0 Posted December 18, 2003 The contrast of warm and cool tones is what sells this shot for me. Link to comment
