tc_reed 0 Posted December 5, 2003 Attempting an aged look by adjusting tones and adding a hint of texture. Suggestions? Comments welcome, please. Link to comment
w. roger keagle 0 Posted December 5, 2003 History in the making, now or then, what matters, the picture holds up just the same, classic and proud to show us life by the sea...Oregon costal waters, how I love they (All but how cold the water is!) Good work here ! Link to comment
richard_wilkins 0 Posted December 9, 2003 Artfully done! The red on the shack on the far right helps lead the eye along the strong horizontal line and into the mist. Excellent DOF. I like the coloring AND the texture! Link to comment
jeff d 1 Posted December 13, 2003 T.C, This one could hang in a seafood restaurant, in a huge version as a mural. I love the feel it gives you. The sepia mode is perfect. This speaks volumes about the life of the fisherman. Hard work, grey days. It evokes a sense of purpose. Very well done. on a separate thought: I see a new image of TC when I go to the page. Why did you replace the old one? Before there was a couple, now there only you. It was ambiguous as to which one was TC, but now we know more about who TC really is! Just curious. Take care and enjoy the rest of the pre holiday madness. Thanks for looking at my photos constantly, and offering your ratings as often as you do. I will continue to look for your new stuff and do likewise. Link to comment
tc_reed 0 Posted December 13, 2003 I'm so glad you caught what I wanted to project. I love this photo and I wanted to give it an old world feel. And, yes; my secret identity was compromised. No longer will I be hiding behind the mystery of my sex. ? That didn't sound right. :) Link to comment

tc_reed 0 Posted December 24, 2003 Thank you Robert. This is my favorite photo of the harbor. I love the way the fog rolls in and out during different times of the day and year. It adds to the ambience of the photo. Link to comment
robertbrown 1 Posted December 30, 2003 TC, no new photos? Have you retired already from photography? Link to comment
tc_reed 0 Posted December 31, 2003 Oh man! It keeps raining! Not to worry. I'm plotting my next adventure as I type. Been planning it for days now. :) Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted January 2, 2004 You definitely succeeded in making this look like an old-time photo. I like it, and all the elements work well - DOF, lighting, colors and the effects you added. Nice work! Link to comment
tc_reed 0 Posted January 2, 2004 Thank you, Kim. This is my favorite one. I've been studying Robert Browns photo uploads and really like the way his photo's come out using PS as a tool to create certain effects. And, I like playing with it. Link to comment
