Twin Towers. Old photo from my NYC days. Bittersweet memories. The building on the right is the Woolworth Building on lower Broadway. It stood for many years as the talles building in New York, starting somwhere around the turn of the 20th century.

Around the turn of the twentieth century the Woolworh Bulding was

the tallest building in New York City. It remained so for many

years until the Empire State Building was erected in the late

1930's. Here is an old giant along side two newer giants in lower

Manhattan. Alas, of these three, only the older one remains.
