kslonaker 0 Posted November 27, 2003 She was the sweetest little thing. I could have watched her all day long! They are so "human" and she was like a little kid. Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted December 8, 2003 Taken at the zoo in Houston. These were the only monkeys not caged so I was able to get some good shots. They seemed a lot happier than the other monkeys, too. This little one played and played and got very tired (see other pictures in nature folder). Link to comment
sammm 0 Posted December 8, 2003 I'd love to see the whole arm. Might have required more than a few steps back from the look of it. Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted December 8, 2003 Kim ... have you ever posted that picture (attached to the previous comment) as an upload on its own? (Am I making sense?) I think that it's the best of your non-PS'ed monkeys by far (and the composition is absolutely perfect!!) If not, you ought to consider it! Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted December 8, 2003 Lou Ann, I've been "saving" it! LOL! Actually, I have a lot of pictures I haven't posted yet, so you'll see it sooner or later. I was giving a sneak preview! :) Deleted it off the comment since I posted it now. Link to comment
sammm 0 Posted December 8, 2003 You see, I wasn't the only one looking for the arm! I agree, I like that shot quite a bit, and think the "geometry" of the arm and the two ropes add to it. Have you thought about this one in a square crop, to really focus in on those eyes? I think if you give me less of the arm I won't want to see the whole thing quite as much. Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted December 8, 2003 Good idea, Sam...I'll try it. If I like it, I'll repost it. Thanks for the suggestion. **And I DID like it, so replaced original with the square crop. Thanks, Sam! Link to comment
sammm 0 Posted December 8, 2003 Yes, I think those eyes really pop out now - looks great! Link to comment
