abintraphoto 0 Posted November 25, 2003 I think this is one of those shots that grows on you over time. Clarity and dof are very good. The expression on the adult's face ...... the 'pose' of the little one. Reminds me of my family reunion ........... (-; Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted November 25, 2003 Actually, both of these were "kids". The one on the left was a little bigger than the one on the right. I think maybe they are a year apart. They were both playing together and it was hilarious. The one on the left kept hiding under the blanket and the one on the right kept pulling it off. The one on the left would smile at the baby when she came swinging by. Lots of character and I couldn't get enough of them! Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted November 27, 2003 You can't totally see the expression on the baby's face, but I thought the look on the older monkey's face was priceless. Does this work for you? Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted November 27, 2003 Amusing! That's what this photograph is and that is what it is trying to be. Good one. Link to comment

hugh_hill 0 Posted January 25, 2004 Treasure is measured by personal attachment, What I am looking at is priceless. I had spent over an hour trying to comment on this wonderful image but decided that I was becoming angry at man and this was not the place to air my views. Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted January 25, 2004 Zoos are definitely a place to become angry at man and what we do to animals. This one wasn't as bad as some - the orangutans were in an open area, not behind bars, but surrounded by a moat. They seemed happy and playful, unlike other monkeys you see in cages that pace back and forth. Link to comment
ransford 0 Posted February 4, 2006 Thanks for looking through my portfolio. When I came back to yours, I thought I would look for your very best and this one may be it. It goes beyond being a great picture. It warms the heart. Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted February 4, 2006 Thanks, Ransford. I love orangutans! I need to get back to this zoo and see how the baby has grown up. Link to comment
